Some conditions need to be assessed by an allergist quickly to initiate appropriate investigations and treatment.

 

Dr.Xu's has a dedicated Rapid Access Clinic (RAC), where patients are offered an appointment within 5 business days of referral being received (pending patient availability). 
 

Please note that any medical emergency, such as difficulty breathing, or severe rash should be first assessed by your primary care physician or in the ER.

 

To be seen in the Rapid Access clinic, a referral is required from a physician or nurse practitioner.
